MICRO - 4 - 5 packs (40 braids/pk)

SMALL: 5 - 6 packs (30 braids/pk)

MEDIUM: 5 - 7 packs (25 braids/pk)

 

ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING

  • Allow up to 10 business days for delivery

      Shipping & Returns

      HAIR ORDERS

      • Allow 6 business days for braid creation and 2 days for shipping.
      • For orders placed on Sunday - Orders are shipped out on the 7th day using USPS, and because the post office is closed on Sundays, these orders will ship out on the following business day (Monday)

      SWEETZ
      • All sweetz will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment, using 2-Day Shipping.
      • Nickii’z Sweet Treatz will not be held liable for any late shipments, once package is handed off to mail courier.
      • Tracking number will be provided. 

      Due to the nature of the food items that we carry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

      If your delivery was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@kultureshok.com. Include your order number, your contact information, pictures of the outside of the box and pictures of the damaged items that are unusable. Please allow 24-48 business hours to receive a response. Once we assess the situation, we will reship you new items to replace any damaged goods.

      If you have any questions, you can reach us Monday through Friday at support@kultureshok.com between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm PST.

      CLOTHING
      • Customer orders will be placed once payment has fully processed.
      • Tracking will be provided once order has shipped.
      • Please allow up to 14 business days for order to be processed and shipped. (This excludes weekends and holidays).
      • Standard shipping is provided through FedEx, USPS and UPS, whichever is fastest.
      • Shipping time is around 3-4 business days

      • In our efforts to maintain a safe work environment and stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are not accepting returns.
